These terms of use state the terms and conditions under which you may use the services provided by lsatfreedom.com. By clicking “I ACCEPT” below, you thereby accept that the terms listed herein will govern your use of the member pages of www.lsatfreedom.com (hereinafter “LSAT FREEDOM”). Your acceptance of these terms creates a contract between you and LSAT FREEDOM, LLC (“User Agreement”).
1. Use of LSAT FREEDOM. LSAT FREEDOM grants you a terminable non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LSAT FREEDOM solely for your own personal, noncommercial, noncompetitive use. You agree that you are only authorized to visit and view pages of LSAT FREEDOM for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, or modify the material on LSAT FREEDOM for any purpose other than to review the information for your personal use.
No areas of LSAT FREEDOM may be used for any commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, blog posts and postings on other websites. You are prohibited from reproducing any of the material contained in LSAT FREEDOM, whether by written, oral, mechanical, or any other form of duplication.
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, or other automated device, process, or means to access LSAT FREEDOM. You agree that you will not use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of LSAT FREEDOM, nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of LSAT FREEDOM. 2. LSAT FREEDOM Content. The services LSAT FREEDOM provides are protected by United States and International laws, including the United States Copyright Act, The Lanham Act, and The Geneva Conventions on Intellectual Property. These services are licensed (not sold) to you, and LSAT FREEDOM owns all copyright, trade secret, and other proprietary rights in LSAT FREEDOM.
You may not: (a) copy, distribute, rent, loan, lease, or sublicense all or any portion of LSAT FREEDOM; (b) modify, translate, distribute, or prepare derivative works of LSAT FREEDOM or the accompanying documentation; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble, LSAT FREEDOM or the accompanying documentation; or (d) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on LSAT FREEDOM and accompanying documentation.
3. User Content. Users in the member section may have the ability to post questions in message board-like features. LSAT FREEDOM has no obligation to preview, screen, or monitor any content that may be added to LSAT FREEDOM by other users. LSAT FREEDOM does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality or appropriateness of any such user-posted content. Under no circumstances will LSAT FREEDOM be liable in any way for any user-posted content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any user-posted content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any user-posted content accessed, posted, or otherwise transmitted via LSAT FREEDOM. By using LSAT FREEDOM, you agree that it is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or appropriateness of any user-posted content that you access, post, or otherwise transmit through LSAT FREEDOM, including user-posted content that may be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. LSAT FREEDOM has the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your use of LSAT FREEDOM and to refuse any future use of LSAT FREEDOM (or any portion of LSAT FREEDOM) if LSAT FREEDOM reasonably believes you are responsible for user-posted Content that LSAT FREEDOM deems inappropriate.
4. Registration Information. You agree, as a condition of your use of LSAT FREEDOM, to provide LSAT FREEDOM with accurate and complete information when registering for LSAT FREEDOM. LSAT FREEDOM has the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your use of LSAT FREEDOM and to refuse any future use of LSAT FREEDOM (or any portion of LSAT FREEDOM) if LSAT FREEDOM reasonably believes you failed to comply with these requirements.
5.Your Conduct. As a condition of your use of LSAT FREEDOM, you warrant to LSAT FREEDOM that you will not use LSAT FREEDOM for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this User Agreement. You may not use LSAT FREEDOM in any manner that could damage, impair, disable, or overburden LSAT FREEDOM or in any way interfere with LSAT FREEDOM’s rights or any other user’s use and enjoyment of LSAT FREEDOM, or otherwise infringe on any person’s rights.
6. Account Security. When you are registered, you will receive a username and a password. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and username, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account identifier.
YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD ARE VALID FOR ONLY ONE (1) USER, AND UP TO TWO (2) COMPUTERS. LSAT FREEDOM MONITORS THE IP ADDRESSES OF COMPUTERS WITH WHICH YOU ACCESS LSAT FREEDOM. YOUR ACCESS IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FIRST TWO IP ADDRESSES YOU USE.
LSAT FREEDOM will not refund any loss or damage associated with your failure to understand or comply with these provisions.
7. Liability Disclaimer. YOU AGREE THAT:
If YOU USE LSAT FREEDOM, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN AND SOLE RISK. LSAT FREEDOM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. LSAT FREEDOM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LSAT FREEDOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (i) LSAT FREEDOM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) LSAT FREEDOM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF LSAT FREEDOM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH LSAT FREEDOM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, or (v) ANY ERRORS IN ANY DATA OR SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
IF YOU ACCESS OR TRANSMIT ANY CONTENT THROUGH THE USE OF LSAT FREEDOM, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH ACTIONS.
NO DATA, INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED BY YOU IN ORAL OR WRITTEN FORM FROM LSAT FREEDOM OR THROUGH OR FROM LSAT FREEDOM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
8. Limitation of Liability. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT LSAT FREEDOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF LSAT FREEDOM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (a) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE LSAT FREEDOM; (b) THE COST OF ANY SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES PURCHASED TO REPLACE ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM LSAT FREEDOM; (c) DISCLOSURE OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION OR MESSAGES; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTY ON LSAT FREEDOM; OR (d) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO LSAT FREEDOM.
9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LSAT FREEDOM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, other service providers, vendors, or customers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from any violation of the User Agreement by you or any harm you may cause to anyone in connection with your use of LSAT FREEDOM, including, for the avoidance of doubt, your use, or the use by any of your affiliates, of LSAT FREEDOM for competitive purposes.
10. Notice. You agree that LSAT FREEDOM may communicate any notices to you, including notices of changes to the User Agreement, through e-mail, regular mail, or by posting of those notices on LSAT FREEDOM or through LSAT FREEDOM.
11. Trademark Information. The term “LSAT FREEDOM,” and the LSAT FREEDOM logo are trademarks and intellectual property of LSAT FREEDOM, LLC. You agree not to display or use LSAT FREEDOM’s marks in any manner without the prior permission of LSAT FREEDOM.
12. Entire Agreement. The User Agreement governs your use of LSAT FREEDOM and constitutes the entire agreement between you and LSAT FREEDOM. It supersedes any prior agreements between you and LSAT FREEDOM. Additional terms and conditions may apply when you use the services of service providers and others. These additional terms will not reduce, diminish, or eliminate any rights LSAT FREEDOM possesses with respect to this User Agreement.
13. Governing Law and Arbitration. These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and LSAT FREEDOM shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to use of LSAT FREEDOM or the User Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Any dispute regarding these Terms of Use or LSAT FREEDOM or any other matter in connections therewith shall be first submitted to non-binding mediation before a American Arbitration Association neutral. The costs of conducting the mediation, including the neutral’s fee, will be split 50/50 between LSAT FREEDOM and YOU.

14. Waiver. Any failure by LSAT FREEDOM to exercise any rights or enforce any of the terms of this Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or terms. If any provision of this Terms of Use or its application in a particular circumstance is held to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of this Terms of Use, or the application of such provision in other circumstances, shall not be affected thereby, and each provision hereof shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You understand and agree that LSAT FREEDOM may terminate your access to this site at any time if LSAT FREEDOM believes your conduct or the conduct of any person with whom LSAT FREEDOM believes you act in concert violates or is inconsistent with these Terms or the law, or violates the rights of LSAT FREEDOM, its affiliates, or any other user of this site.
